There Is No Such Thing as Overnight Success

One big win. One headline. One historic moment. Except it didn't happen overnight. The first female trainer to ever win the Kentucky Derby looked like an overnight success. She wasn't.

Most meaningful achievements are built over years (sometimes decades) through mistakes, setbacks, pivots, and small improvements nobody notices along the way.

One of the biggest reasons people quit is they underestimate how long real progress takes. We expect results faster than reality delivers them.
But lasting success usually belongs to the people who stay in the game long enough.

Patience isn't passive. It's persistence over time.

What goal are you tempted to walk away from simply because it's taking longer than you expected?
