Many leaders still treat agility like a framework or a project. Something you install and move on from.


It shows up in how decisions are made, how learning is encouraged, and how teams are invited into problem-solving.

Leaders who are adaptable understand that plans are starting points, not promises. They build feedback loops. They notice what is working and what is not. They create space for experimentation without making everything feel unstable.

This kind of leadership requires confidence and humility at the same time. Confidence to move forward without perfect information. Humility to adjust when new information shows up.
